If I wasn’t happy or for sure that the outcome wasn’t far greater than the small issues that comes up I would have NEVER allowed him to move forward with this company. A major problems of floor buckling at every joint was reported to Jacobsen homes and they refused to correct the problem. The dealer was kind enough to fix it at his expense. Another problem was reported that involved a wall that his service repair people messed up.
